RUM OR THE ROMAN EMPIRE

2. The Roman Empire has been defeated

3. In a land close by: But they, (even) after (this) defeat of theirs, will soon be victorious

6. God Said that never Does God Depart from His Promise

15. God Said that those who believed and worked righteous deeds, should be made happy in a mead of delight

33. God Told us that when troubles touched men, they cried to their Lord, turning back to him, but when He Gave them a taste of Mercy as from Himself, some of them paid part-worship to other god's besides their Lord.

37. God Informed us that He Enlarged the provision and Restrict it to whomsoever He Pleased. Verily in that were the Signs for those who believed.

38. God Commanded us to give what was due to kindred, the needy, and the wayfarer. That was best for those who seek the Countenance of God, and it was they who would prosper.

44. Those who reject faith will suffer from that rejection
And those who believe and work righteous will spread their couch ( of repose ) for themselves ( in heaven )

45. That He may Reward those who believe and work righteous deeds, out of His Bounty.
